Organisation: Major Road Projects VictoriaOccupation: OtherReference: 5687Job posted: 05/11/2024Closes: 19/11/2024Classification: VPSG6Job duration: Not providedSalary Range: $134,593 - $180,115Hybrid working environment.3 years fixed term, VPS 6 ($134,593 - $180,115) + super & benefits.Melbourne CBD & site officeJoin us in building better connections for Victoria by:Leading and managing the development of health and safety compliance, governance and systems initiatives including reporting, analytics, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and assurance programs in line with the MRPV Health and Safety Strategy, time, cost, and quality requirements.Providing expert advice, support and coaching to internal stakeholders at all levels across health and safety compliance and governance to ensure project safety knowledge transfer.Leading, motivating and guiding a small team to achieve safety governance and systems requirements in line with the MRPV Health and Safety Strategy.Conducting monitoring activities, supporting health and safety staff across various work packages to verify compliance, investigate concerns, and conduct due diligence reviews when required.Continuously identifying and responding to new and emerging safety governance and systems issues and risks, ensuring timely and robust recommendations to senior management is provided when required.This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
