Senior Safety Advisor

Unite Construction are currently working with a highly prominent and well-respected developer builder who have a proven track record of delivering in the luxury apartment and mixed-use sector and have an extensive pipeline across South East Queensland.

We are assisting them in recruiting a Senior Safety Advisor for one of their largest projects to date, which is a circa $150M mixed-use development in inner-city Brisbane south of the river.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the effective implementation of WHS processes.Oversee and coordinate safety-related activities.Offer guidance and support to on-site teams.Maintain up-to-date safety documentation.Conduct pre-start briefings, inductions, and site inspections.Identify and assess risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.Perform health and safety audits and workplace inspections.Train staff on health and safety procedures.Key Skills/Qualifications Required: Hold a minimum of a Cert IV in WHS.Possess over 5 years of experience in HSE ideally with high-rise experience.Experience working with a head contractor is required.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations, and building codes.Demonstrate clear communication skills, professionalism, and a polished appearance.Salary:

Circa $160K - $190K package
