We strive to create an open, balanced, and flexible workplace where people feel that they belong, can be open and honest and are supported…we are focused on growing each other.About the roleWe are seeking a new Senior Rural Manager to join our Launceston branch.We are looking for people with:Ambition to learn and grow further by taking the next step in your career.In a similar role; looking for an organisation with purpose, a deeper connection with the team and clients.Residing in Launceston or surrounds and well connected in the community, or perhaps you are willing to relocate for the right role.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique business culture and help local farmers maintain and grow their business whilst they set themselves up for future succession.If moving for this opportunity, a relocation allowance and support to assist you get settled into your new home is also on offer.What we are looking forExperience in a banking account management (ideally Rural) role or similar.Proven ability in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.Credit and financial analysis skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.What we're proud to offer you:A competitive remuneration package, including a fully maintained vehicle, will be offered for the successful candidate.Wellbeing leave.
