Exhibit Leadership and Accountability as a senior member of the team.Regular National travel across the Ansvar office locations is required.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExpertise in the Education Sector: Experience working with schools, colleges, education departments, and regulatory authorities is highly desirable.Proven track record in senior roles, including implementing risk management programs, driving continuous improvement, overseeing reporting and monitoring, developing and presenting learning initiatives, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.Qualifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Business, Governance, or other fields related to Ansvar's sectors is highly regarded.
Comprehensive expertise in enterprise risk management, governance, and quality frameworks.
Proven ability to design and implement complex risk management programs.
Strong understanding of Ansvar's specialist sectors and industry nuances.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, fostering effective interactions at all levels.
Extensive experience collaborating with or advising Boards and Executives.
Highly collaborative and network-driven, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
Dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, with a focus on the development of both self and others.
