The Opportunity As the Senior Risk Analyst-Resilience, you will be accountable for the operational activities supporting effective implementation of the Risk Management Framework and Operational Resilience Policy in managing Technology, Information Security and Supplier risks across the APAC region. Join our collaborative team in Melbourne or Sydney, with hybrid work arrangements available. Reporting to the Senior Risk Manager – Technology and Cyber Resilience, this role is offered a 12-month parental leave contract, offered as full-time hours. Position Management Level C As a key member of the 2LOD Risk and Compliance team, you'll provide operational support in the development and implementation of the Technology, Cyber Resilience and Supplier pillars of the Integrated Resilience Framework and related policies. This will provide exposure to be involved in value adding activities for the business across the APAC region, including global interactions. How will I help? Support in implementing these frameworks through workshops, compliance assessments, and control reviews, ensuring robust control verification and KRI assessments.Undertake periodic assessments of the effectiveness of Technology, Cyber & Supplier Resilience Maturity Assessment across the Market Units.Support in the review of controls and actions of tech, cyber & supplier resilience risks owned by the Business Units on the respective critical processes to mitigate risks and ensure the continuity of products/services.Assisting the business to establish controls to reduce the risk of operational disruption in relation to Technology, Cyber & Supplier Resilience and develop capability to respond and recover when disruption happens.Develop and maintain a strong rapport with relevant Business and Functional Unit leaders and employees, facilitating two-way interaction in relation to risk, governance, and compliance.Why work at Bupa? This role would suit a Risk or Technology/Cyber Risk Analyst with a minimum of 2 years' practical experience gained within a regulated setting, such as insurance, health care or financial services. Harnessing your foundational risk management expertise, you'll have exposure to risk workshops, risk report writing, proficient in using risk management systems like Protecht, and conducting thorough control and risk assessments.
