The Risk Analyst will be responsible for development, uplift and management of a mature risk and control approach across the Customer System Integration (CSI) program, ensuring its successful delivery. This role will be part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and will play a critical role across relevant frameworks, practices, resolution and strategic insight activity as well as integrating with existing practices in the broader environment. This role will report into the Governance Lead – CSI, and will work closely with the Risk Division, Business Control Owners, Enterprise Portfolio, Delivery Offices alongside vendor partners.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with the business to provide advice to key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, supporting driving Risk Culture maturity for the CSI Program.Collate, manage, analyse and report on all relevant RAID activity across the CSI Program.Build strong risk management strategies and approaches for the Program, both execution and delivered risk.Work with Delivery teams, stakeholders and customers to form a true and correct picture to support decision-making.Analyse and develop insights to inform strategies that can be integrated into the overall delivery plan for the program.Develop and contribute to internal and external assurance approaches, strategies and findings.Qualifications and Experience required:Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office.Previous work experience on a large transformation project.Ability to build a rapport with stakeholders at all levels to influence action and response to requests.An understanding of the broad responsibilities of a risk function.A highly organised approach to information collection and dissemination.Knowledge of the objectives of risk management demonstrated by prompt identification and escalation of issues relating to job function.Ability to work in an ambiguous changing environment.Comfort in shaping and positioning packs/messaging at the Senior Leader level.Understanding of how to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management frameworks.Next StepsIf you are interested in hearing more, please click apply with your updated CV and reach out to Neil for a confidential conversation on this role at ****** look forward to working with you,Neil | Immerge | Australia
