$115,042 to $129,573 p.a (HEW 8) Ongoing, Full time, Joondalup Campus Open to candidates with relevant work rights STRATEGIC AND GOVERNANCE SERVICES CENTRE - ENTERPRISE RISK JOONDALUP CAMPUS  $115,042 to $129,573 p.a (HEW 8) PLUS 17% SUPERANNUATION FULL TIME, ONGOING  Overview The Enterprise Risk unit of the University is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Risk Adviser to provide pragmatic risk management advice and support across the University.
The Senior Risk Adviser reports to the University's Chief Risk Officer and with broad oversight and support will:   Operationalise and maintain the University's risk management, critical incident and business continuity frameworks  Conduct regular risk workshops to ensure risks remain up to date, listed controls are current and progress against treatment plans is monitored Provide oversight and support for the risk identification, assessment and monitoring of key project risks, including City Campus Manage and maintain key strategic and operational risk registers within the Enterprise Risk Management System Develop and maintain relationships with key University stakeholders to identify and assess operational risks, understand the business impact of disruptions and provide training and guidance Support the development of risk management reporting and dashboards to support the information requirements of key governance bodies  Support Enterprise Risk with coordination of critical incident management activities for the University  Provide back up support for the maintenance of the University's insurance program.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.
Skills and Experience 5-7 years' risk management experience in comparative organisations and/or industries.
Tertiary qualification in Business/Management, with specialisation in risk management and/or business continuity viewed favourably.
Experience with PowerBI viewed favourably.

Experience distilling large amounts of complex information into intuitive, easy to understand reporting and/or dashboards Experience liaising and building relationships with stakeholders of all levels Experience in the management / oversight of business continuity frameworks, including performing business impact assessments and facilitating simulation exercises.
Experience in preparing and maintaining policies related to risk management and business continuity.

Benefits & Remuneration This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 p.a plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
