The Senior Return to Work Coordinator is responsible for the effective delivery of Return to Work services, systems and processes for operational and non-operational staff of the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Services (MFS).
The role is also responsible for determining the return to work needs for injured workers, developing return to work strategies and developing, monitoring and reviewing recovery/return to work plans including the management of high-risk and/or complex matters.
