We are now seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Retention & Engagement Manager.
You will be responsible for planning, developing and executing effective promotional campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our target audience.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Analytics, Commercial and Finance, to create compelling promotions that resonate with our customers.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, passion for process development, stakeholder management skills and proven experience at delivering positive promotional KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive promotions strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals, customer segments and objectives.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, considering product launches, seasonal events, and the wider marketing calendar.
Manage the promotions budget effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns and a positive return on investment.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and persuasive promotional materials, including advertisements, banners, social media content, and more.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive promotions, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.
Monitor the performance of promotional campaigns, track key metrics and review key customer behaviours, generate reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness.
Identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations to drive incremental revenue impact.
Ensure all promotions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including advertising standards and pricing guidelines.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience in a commercial promotions management, marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique promotional ideas.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
