The opportunity: We have rare opportunities for seasoned Underwriters to join our growing Retail Underwriting Team. Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Locations. Hybrid Working Model. To do this successfully you will: Underwriting assessments within personal authority levelsMaintain individuallevel, productivity and quality targets Active participation in phone queue management, and tele-underwriting protocols Approval of referrals within authority levels Strong adviser communication and relationship building Promote and drive a culture of extracting quality information from advisers and clients or any third party via tele-collection of informationSupport the achievement of Retail Insurance ANP, VoNB and retention targets Strategic development of Underwriting practices, processes, reduced requirement requests (e.g. PMAR) and cancellations rates, end-to-end cycle time targets and tele-underwriting excellence. Develop and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers to gain industry knowledge on best practice underwriting capabilities.S
