Senior Retail Leasing & Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Leasing & Business Analyst to join our team at Haben. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational aspects of the retail leasing portfolio, as well as analysing business performance and operations across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide critical insights into leasing performance, trends, and opportunities, while also delivering accurate and timely monthly portfolio reports for management to support decision-making across the leasing business unit.Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch, and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the rolePrepare and analyse leasing performance data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.Monitor and report on outstanding leasing deals, lost rent, and variances in leasing budgets, ensuring targets are met and discrepancies addressed.Generate and distribute monthly consolidated leasing reports with detailed analytics and performance insights.Perform ad-hoc reporting on tenants, including occupancy cost analysis, MAT performance, and debtors.Contribute to quarterly leasing forecasts by preparing data-driven assumptions and projections based on market trends and portfolio performance.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide insights into competitive leasing landscapes and emerging trends.Support the General Manager with documentation and strategic analysis for key client and supplier accounts.Prepare performance reports for key stakeholders & senior management.Prepare and roll out processes & procedures where required.Review & analyse business, portfolio and asset performance as directed and develop new or enhanced reporting outputs where required.About youTertiary qualification in Property, Business, Commerce, Finance or related disciplines.Demonstrated experience as a Retail Leasing Analyst or Property Accounting for a retail portfolio.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.High level time management and ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.Market Research & Trend Analysts.Property management & accounting systems experience.Based out of our brand-new Head Office located in Double Bay, this is a full-time role within a dynamic team with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
