Every year around one million customers walk into one of Australia Post's 4,400 Post Offices. It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. And while they do, they're supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.The purpose of the position is to professionally assist in the management of operations in our postal outlet to achieve objectives, grow profitability, increase productivity and team engagement, whilst providing consistently high standards of customer service.The Role:Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:06pm5 weeks annual leave + air conditioning subsidyDistrict Allowance up to $7,850You'll be:Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needsAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceHave the ability to develop the skills and expertise of team members having worked in a customer-facing role which required effective and efficient resolution of customer complaintsAssisting with managing back office processes, such as; stock inventory functions, conducting outlet balancing and audit functionsAbout youYou're a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves working in a team environment.
