To support our mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (internally known as Senior Resourcing Advisor) to join our team on a 6 Month Contract to partner with and support business leaders within the Sedgman Prudentia business.
What does this role involve?
As the main recruiter for Sedgman Prudentia, you will have a portfolio of permanent and contract roles that are engineering and project focused, along with other functions as they arise.
You will be challenged to explore a range of recruitment strategies, partnering with leaders to source the best people for their teams.
Based in our South Bank and Spring Hill office, you can expect to:
Partner with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, in turn coaching and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Proactively source talent for active and pipeline opportunities.
Use a range of sourcing methods to find those great candidates, including social platforms e.g.
Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with key internal stakeholders to achieve the best result.
Work on resourcing projects – this may be process improvement, graduate recruitment, diversity and inclusion, reporting, marketing activities etc.
Commit to a high level of candidate care.

About you:
An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, with exposure to engineering, resources or construction, either in-house or agency (or both!).
A relationship builder.
Whether it is the candidates you source or the hiring leaders you partner with, you know how to connect with people.
A head-hunter.
You are experienced in sourcing passive candidates and are comfortable using a range of methods, including social platforms, to find great people.
A team player.
It's a key part of the Sedgman culture and you naturally collaborate, understanding it always takes more than one person to hire and onboard a new employee.
An organizer.
You can effectively manage the juggle of candidates and stakeholders you work with, ensuring the details aren't missed with interviews, offers and onboarding.
