The roles are responsible for: Coordinating responses to requests for information in compliance with information requests. Providing advice to callers on all freedom of information, subpoena and other information related queries, and assisting Business Support Officers with complex customer enquiries. Undertaking research, collating and editing material to comply with the scope of information requests. Liaising with internal staff and State Records regarding the retrieval of historical and sensitive documentation. About You We are looking for a methodical individual with strong interpersonal skills, confident in communicating with a range of key stakeholders. You will have a proven ability to work under limited direction and meet deadlines whilst maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. To be successful you will have a high level ability to identify and analyse problems through investigation, research and consultation and provide effective solutions.
