About the role
Reporting to the Head of Research, you'll be a deep thinker focused on providing insights that have impact to drive better customer experiences and smarter strategic decisions.
This role will see you effectively working within a collaborative cross-functional team to drive customer-led thinking for Product and Design teams.
As such, it's a role that requires you to be a great communicator with excellent stakeholder management, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
4+ years agency or client-side experience Proven ability and experience with UX/CX quantitative and qualitative research methods Experience with online usability testing software Able to effectively manage research/UX agencies and bring them in where needed Excellent data visualisation and storytelling skills Salary range: $150,000 - 166,000
