This creates the bedrock of learning and teaching strategies, while also translating into successful research outcomes across a broad range of scientific fields.As the Senior Research Development Coordinator, you will;Offer expert guidance to Sciences researchers to maximise competitiveness and success in large grant applications nationally and internationally.Provide cohesive strategic planning advice on large grant submissions to the Dean (Research) and Directors of Research Centres and Institutes.Identify and pursue international and national research funding opportunities while facilitating collaborations with funding bodies and industry partners.Develop and review collaborative multidisciplinary grant submissions for enhanced competitiveness.Support high-priority research initiatives and build researchers' capacity through specialised training and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.About youTo be successful in this role you will;Value teamwork, continuous improvement, and possess a willingness to learn and develop skills.Demonstrate high organisation and enthusiasm, with the ability to handle direction and multiple tasks concurrently.Be flexible and readily adapt to changing work requirements and demands.Pay attention to detail and thrive in a positive team environment as part of the Griffith Sciences Group.Possess postgraduate qualifications and demonstrate extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent alternative combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or extensive experience in academia, industry or government.
