About this roleResearch, Impact, and Analytics is a high-profile team in our organisation within the Business Enablement division. The team provides strategic leadership in policy research, data analytics, and impact evaluation across RANSW. Drawing on a broad range of quantitative and qualitative methods, we work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to produce insights and evidence that drive practice innovation and allow us to advocate for better policy that meets people's needs.
What you'll doLead the implementation of RANSW's Impact FrameworkManage qualitative data collection and analysis, providing valuable insights that inform service design and organisational decision-makingFacilitate workshops to inform research and evaluation projects, using co-design methodsCollaborate with data and analytics specialists to leverage new data capabilities and support innovative approaches to analysis and reportingSupport the Head of Research, Impact, and Analytics with specific research projectsThe details:Part time, 3 days per weekBased at Macquarie Park, hybrid working options availableFlexible work options available - willing to consider all working arrangements for the right candidateApprox FTE base salary $95,000- $110,000, (pro-rata for days worked, depending on skills & experience) + 11.5% super and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.What you'll bringRelevant tertiary qualifications such as social sciences, social work, or psychologyStrong end-to-end qualitative research experience, including diverse data collection methods, analyses, and communication of findingsExperience conducting program evaluationsExcellent project management and stakeholder skillsExperience with Quantitative or Mixed methods research projects or interest in upskilling is desirable but not essentialWhy work with us?Make a genuine difference to the relationship wellbeing of individuals, couples and families; everyday!We offer many benefits including flexible working options, additional leave days, Employee Referral Reward program and a fitness passportWe value inclusion and belonging.
