You'll lead the design and development of dynamic dashboards, offering powerful visual insights that support decision-making across the Department. By leveraging your advanced technical skills, you'll transform large datasets into actionable intelligence, informing workforce planning and strategic recommendations that drive sustainable improvements.In addition to leading data analysis initiatives, you will stay at the forefront of industry standards, enabling the Department to adopt leading practices in reporting and analytics.
