Senior Reporting & Secretariat SpecialistA rewarding full-time opportunity for a Senior Reporting and Secretariat Specialist to join the OneSKY Transformation Program. Location: Melbourne or Canberra based.

The Role & The Team: As the Senior Reporting and Secretariat Specialist, you will work as part of a joint program team with both Airservices and Defence personnel. You will collaborate with Reporting Coordinators, Strategic Advisors, and the OneSKY Leadership team to deliver required reports on time and to agreed standards.
The role adds value by providing effective, consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across all levels of the organisation, including to the Airservices Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in performing secretariat functions for structured Chief/Executive level governance forums.Demonstrated experience in developing reports for a variety of audiences and purposes for large-scale Programs.Mature knowledge of and strong experience in Program and Project compliance monitoring and reporting.Business or quality management qualification preferably with supporting experience is desirable.Project Management qualification preferably with supporting experience is desirable.Demonstrated ability to establish strategic relationships to deliver outcomes.High level of attention to detail in the development and production of reports.Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads, set priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively.Proven ability to achieve objectives in a complex commercially focused environment.Ability to develop and present innovative solutions and influence outcomes.Security Clearance: To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian Citizen as a Baseline security clearance is required for this position.
