The role

As a Senior Reporting and Analytics Consultant, you will develop innovative analytics and reporting solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. You'll be the driving force behind our new Analytics Centre of Excellence, working with cutting-edge tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI to automate and revolutionise how we understand and serve our members. Additional responsibilities include:

Partnering with channel owners to optimise digital performanceLeading the development of test and learn capabilitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing & GrowthSupporting the driving of initiatives to avail growth opportunitiesUplifting data literacy across the organization About you

A proactive self-starter with a logical mindset, you thrive on automating processes and creating scalable solutions. You enjoy mentoring others and building capabilities across teams. Your track record of driving change through data-driven insights is essential, as well as:

Proven experience turning complex data into actionable insightsExcelling at Power BI, SQL, Python, for managing enterprise-level datasetsCreating compelling visualisations and presentations that tell a storyExperience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager About Us
