An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic and successful team. As a senior member of the team, reporting directly to the Engineering and Reliability Superintendent, this multifaceted role will see you leading a team of Engineering & Reliability professionals, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing systems and standards for maintenance, asset management, and condition and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing a team of Engineering & Reliability professionals; leading strategic maintenance initiatives to achieve reliability and optimisation of total asset costs of the operation and influence stakeholders and implement change, bringing everyone along on the journey to understand the benefits you will deliver.
To be successful in this role, you are a motivated individual who thrives in a complex mining environment with extensive post graduate experience and a passion for exceptional service delivery. Your demonstrated leadership coupled with a strong understanding of Queensland legislative requirements are essential to your success. You will be a highly organised, solutions focused professional who is responsive, intuitive, innovative, self-motivated and driven to achieve great outcomes.
