About this role In this dynamic role of Senior Relationship Manager, every day offers a variety of challenges and opportunities. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the strategic alignment and integration of PEXA solutions across Major Banks and other core banking platform providers. Your day could range from responding to client inquiries to organizing workshops aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies through innovative uses of PEXA's APIs. Regular monthly meetings with each account will be your venue to share performance insights, meet contractual obligations, and drive improvements to the settlement experience. What you'll be doing day to day Account Management: Take charge of daily operations and strategic execution across financial institutions, ensuring PEXA's commitments are transparently managed and communicated. Client Engagement: Foster and maintain executive-level relationships within Major Banks and help to influence our product with core banking platform providers integrating PEXA's offerings through API connectivity to benefit clients. Innovation and Solutions Development: Collaborate with the Product team to identify and leverage new opportunities, enhancing PEXA's market offerings through smart, API-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with client operations. Stakeholder Interaction: Develop a comprehensive stakeholder matrix and manage relationships across multiple levels within the industry, including with Australian payments businesses. Sales and Insights: Drive the adoption of PEXA Insights services such as Informed Decisions, Value Australia and Land Insights among clients, managing a pipeline of opportunities to meet both internal objectives and market needs. What you'll bring to the table Experience: Proven background in business relationship management at senior levels, especially within the technology and financial services sectors. Familiarity with core banking platforms and Australian payment platforms is essential. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder management capabilities, and robust technology project management are critical. You should be comfortable with high-level negotiations and have a track record of successful client relationship management. Attributes: High integrity and trustworthiness, a proactive and self-starter attitude complemented by a logical and analytical approach to challenges. You should be a confident communicator, capable of influencing others and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge: Broad understanding of banking, payments technology, and financial services market dynamics in Australia. Knowledge of the Australian residential property industry.
