A critical part of our success is our ability to target high growth opportunities and grow our capability, leveraging your strong cash-flow lending and structured working capital skills.
You will ensure our customer's needs are met and give them a great experience.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play an important role in managing a high growth portfolio, with a cashflow lending focus.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new to bank customers.
More than just a bank, we're in the business of supporting Australian businesses.
It's a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with different product specialists across the bank, with expertise in areas like financial markets, equipment finance, trade and invoice finance, and transactional banking.
You will take the lead in structuring debt funding solutions and receive strong analytical support for your portfolio.

What do I need?
We're looking for an experienced relationship manager with ambition and a strong customer focus!
You'll have a strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring.
A natural people-person, you'll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
