About The Role
Reporting to the National Head of Regional & Agribusiness, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will provide value to regional and agribusiness clients across target segments (Agribusiness and/or Commercial) in the Dubbo & Wagga Wagga area by delivering a superior relationship proposition.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focusing on how you can give more value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural & regional sector.
The purpose of the Senior Business Relationship Manager is to run a portfolio including:
Portfolio cleanliness Adherence to compliance Customer management and satisfaction Originating new deals self-sourced, as well as those introduced by BDM's Financial outcomes Return on risk Leadership – coaching and mentoring of ARMs and BROs Brand promotion Customer Management Writing new to bank credit submissions introduced by BDM's and/or self-sourced Retain existing quality customer files Effectively manage customers issues and concerns Maintain a disciplined customer calling program Retain and build advocacy with existing quality customers Risk management Undertake reviews of customers in portfolios Identify and manage weak and deteriorating credit Meet reporting, review and covenant requirements Maintain satisfactory compliance standards Adhere to BOQ policies and origination standards Ability to achieve sales results Achieve lending growth, revenue and cross-sell targets Onboarding of new to bank clients by: Working with BDM's on originating, winning and settling new to bank prospects Engaging customers, referral partners including branches and third parties who have capability to introduce new clients directly Proactively seek new lending opportunities and cross sell from existing customer base Achieve sustainable and profitable growth About You
Our successful candidate will have:
Experience in a banking account management (ideally Rural) role or similar Proven ability in building, maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service Credit and financial analysis skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office About Us
