The Role
We are seeking a talented full time or part time Barista to take control of our boutique Café offering in both the Bar and Café Kiosk areas at Terrey Hills.
Swing Factory has partnered with boutique coffee roasters Inglewood to provide our beans and equipment in all our venues.
The Barista will set the standard for the venue exceptional café beverage products and services.
This role demands a hospitable and energetic personality that enjoys working in a lively and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Making exceptional coffee espresso beverage products and establishing a high standard for other employees to follow.
Overseeing the coffee machine settings, maintenance and assisting the F&B FOH Manager with stock ordering of coffee products and consumables.
Train and educate other Café employees in the art of making exceptional coffee.
Processing Food & Beverage orders through POS system.
Preparation of an array beverage & cafe products in a consistent and high standard.
Delivering food & beverage products to customers throughout the venue in a timely manner.
Regularly clearing & cleaning customer areas.
Re-stocking and cleaning service areas.
Building strong customer relationships and communication of venue offerings and promotions.
Establishing a presence amongst customers to respond to queries and monitor that behaviour is adhering to desired vibe What we're looking for:

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
