As a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist at Benchmark Rehab, you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of clients, helping them to regain their lives while building a breadth of experience. Clients seek support from the team at Benchmark Rehab through multiple schemes, including: CTP Insurance: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life. Life Insurance: Supporting individuals to overcome physical and mental health challenges and resume their daily activities. Working outside of the workers' compensation scheme, you will have the opportunity to innovate and work more closely and creatively with your clients. Our Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist will be responsible for assisting a caseload of clients to participate in employment or education, or to live independently and access services in the community. Discipline-specific services will include but are not limited to: Vocational Counselling services to support rehabilitation progress and return to life and work outcomes. Health coaching including goal setting, stress management, adjustment to change, building resilience, etc. Conducting Vocational Assessments / ETE Assessments / Earning Capacity Assessments / Employability Assessments / Transferable Skills Assessments / Labour Market Research and Analysis. Complex case management and disability support services to assist clients in achieving their return to life, education, and work goals. Ensure a holistic, proactive, client-centred approach to rehabilitation services is consistently delivered. You will be supported by our Employment Services Consultant for any job-seeking or return-to-work service needs. What you'll bring to the role You are passionate and want to help your clients achieve the best outcomes. Current ASORC or AHPRA registration. Minimum 5 years experience working as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist. Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. Able to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance.
