We are proudly partnering with a successful national provider in the Occupational Rehabilitation field who are growing in Newcastle. As part of this growth, we are recruiting 2 Senior team members: 1 Senior Rehab Consultant and 1 Senior Rehab Counsellor.

Day to day you will be involved in:
Completing assessments - physical injury, workplace, ergonomic, mental health (for Rehab Counsellors / Psychs)Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionalsCase management - goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomesMentoring and coaching clinicians who make the move into Occupational RehabilitationAs these roles are Senior, we can only progress candidates who have 2+ years (or close to it) experience working as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. AHPRA (Psych) or ASORC registration is required, as well as full working rights.
