The Role



PHSA is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across primarily NSW Workers Compensation and Comcare, with specific focus on Same Employer services.



Core tasks of the role will include Worksite Assessments, Case Conferencing with treating health professionals, Work Readiness Preparation, Workplace Facilitated Discussions, and Vocational Assessments.



Requirements:

Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)or
Full membership with ASORC orRCAA
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting
Experience working in Same Employer services and complex psychological injury
Havea current driver's licence and motor vehicle
