As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will use your solutions-driven mindset to inspire and empower individuals in their recovery who have sustained a physical or psychological injury in the workplace. Supporting individuals at every stage of their rehabilitation journey, to achieve outstanding outcomes.
You'll be adept in providing holistic, balanced support to help individuals regain full capacity, and if required, gain new employment. You will undertake a range of responsibilities including end-to-end case management, vocational assessments, conflict resolution services, wellness and job coaching and be able to work strategically at a high level.
As part of a supportive, driven multidisciplinary allied health team, that works directly with a broad spectrum of employers, you will have variety across case files and the ability to innovate and drive support pathways.
