Key Responsibilities IncludeConducting comprehensive assessments of workplace injuries and developing effective rehabilitation plans.Mentoring and guiding early career rehabilitation consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.Building strong relationships with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Referring clients to other health professionals as needed to ensure they receive the best possible care.Managing complex cases, setting realistic goals, and developing return-to-work plans that meet the needs of clients and employers.As a senior rehabilitation consultant, you will have a minimum of months of experience in occupational rehabilitation and be looking to take on a leadership role in the field.
