Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer ***ACT Based - Remote Encouraged - BASELINE CLEARANCE REQUIRED*** Be part of a high-impact team ensuring compliance with environmental regulations at Australian airports.
Apply your expertise in regulatory enforcement, critical thinking, and environmental legislation to uphold industry standards and contribute to sustainable operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on compliance and enforcement under airport environmental regulations.
Interpret legislation such as the Airports Act 1996 and related regulations to support decisions.
Conduct compliance stocktakes and maintain a comprehensive register of actions.
Develop guidance materials and templates in line with regulatory updates.
Selection Criteria: Qualifications in Environmental Science, Law, or similar discipline, or relevant experience in compliance/enforcement.
Proven ability to assess technical environmental operations and provide sound advice.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, with an eye for detail and judgment.
