Senior Registrar - Upper Gi And General Surgery

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registrar to join our team at Wollongong Hospital. As a Provisional Fellow of Upper GI and General Surgery, you will work with three Upper GI surgeons to provide tertiary level services, including pancreatic, hepatic, and oesophagogastric resections for cancer.
Key Responsibilities Provide independent and effective medical care of surgical patients under the supervision of specialist staff.Undertake emergency surgery and inpatient and outpatient surgical consultations, including those in the Emergency Department.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements MBBS or equivalent qualification.Current general registration with the Medical Board of Australia.Minimum five years postgraduate experience in General Surgery.Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).
