Across the state, Court Services Queensland (CSQ) employs over 1,300 skilled & dedicated staff, who work to deliver a range of services which support an independent judiciary & achieve quality outcomes for the community.
Working closely with the judiciary will not only enhance your knowledge of the legal system but also provide a rewarding experience in contributing to the delivery of justice in Queensland.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring court users understand processes, enabling you to make a tangible difference in their experience & safety within the court system through the provision of support and empathy.

In your role as Senior Registrar, you will:
Lead and oversee the efficient operation of the registry or registry teams.Coach and lead registry staff to ensure optimal service delivery.Modernise and improve the court system, emphasising safety, innovation, efficiency, and enhancing access to justice.Undertake resource management, community engagement, and service improvement.Provide support to a wide range of stakeholders including court users and members of the public.Support the judiciary and implement effective processes and systems that deliver equitable services to all court users in a timely and efficient manner.Participate in change management implementation activities to ensure successful transitions.Play a lead role in the development of registry services and proficient staff. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
