Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring court users understand processes, enabling you to make a tangible difference in their experience & safety within the court system through the provision of support and empathy.
In your role as Senior Registrar, you will lead and oversee the efficient operation of the registry or registry teams, with a focus on coaching and leading registry staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
You will undertake resource management, community engagement, service improvement and provide support to a wide range of stakeholders including court users and members of the public.
You will provide essential support to the judiciary and the implementation of effective processes and systems that deliver equitable services to all court users in a timely and efficient manner.
As Registrar you will support and actively participate in the change management implementation activities to ensure successful transitions, which lead to improved workforce management approaches and business model.
As a senior member of the court's registrar team, you will also play a lead role in the development of registry services and proficient staff.
