Please note this is for the 2025 Next Step Registrar intake. This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 36 months.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until30/06/2025. Position Profile:
Delivers evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the clinical management of patients with alcohol and other drug disorders, as well as supporting their families and carers under the supervision of the Consultant medical staff.

Supports Consultants in the provision of training, supervision, and education for Resident Medical Officers and Interns. Fulfils educational requirements of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) Advanced Training Curriculum to attain Fellowship of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine.
