We are seeking a Senior Recruitment & Verification Consultant to join our high-performing team in Sydney. As a Senior Recruitment & Verification Consultant, you will play a vital role in the full recruitment and onboarding process for our specialist areas. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Services & Solutions, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and ensuring 100% compliance for on-hired workers. Speed and efficiency are critical in this role, as reflected in the key performance indicators (KPIs). Active Duties Include: Coordinating with the Account Director for strategic placement of adverts Prioritizing roles with the Account Director based on client needs Responding to and reviewing applications within 24 hours Conducting timely pre-screening of candidates & interviews Utilizing tools like JobAdder, Seek, and other job boards for talent sourcing Performing probity checks on candidates, including reference, Working with Children, and Police Checks Assist where required to support the rosters team over busy periods with placements Updating candidate information in the management system including availability of staff. You Will Have: Ideally, you will have previous experience in community services and an understanding of the role of Disability Support Workers or Youth Workers, particularly in a similar role with rostering and or recruitment duties Strong customer service and administration skills Excellent telephone manners and an ability to work to tight deadlines and follow instructions accurately Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Job Adder and Ento or similar ATS Ability to handle information securely and confidentially Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and work in an office environment as well as under your own initiative Well-organized and adaptable to change Person Specification: Personality: Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with people at all levels Reliable, tolerant, and determined Well-presented and business-like Open to new experiences, learning, responsible, and accountable Able to work effectively as part of a team and comfortable and accountable with working towards team and individual KPI's Personal Situation: Able to commute reliably to the office for at least 3 days per week A clean or near-clean driving license advantageous Space and ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection Willingness to cover overnight and weekend on-call duties as part of a rotating roster for on-call Award: Clerk - Private Sector Award Level 3 Reporting to: Director of Workforce Services & Solutions Hours: Take part in a 4-week rolling on call roster.
