The role As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you will form part of a dynamic team responsible for undertaking end-to-end recruitment processes, providing innovative solutions to complex recruitment matters.
Drawing on your knowledge of WA Public Sector Standards and departmental policies and procedures you will play a vital role ensuring compliance, quality assuring selection processes, and providing high level customer service.
Drawing on your experience in recruitment and/or human resources activities, you will provide support and coaching to other team members, and ensure guidelines and procedures are maintained.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will work closely with hiring managers, Senior HR Consultants, and other teams within HR to ensure the recruitment needs of the department are met.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.
