In the last six months, we've placed Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Sales Directors, and BDMs to name a few. As a Senior Consultant, you'll be having commercial conversations with Country Managers, Sales Directors, and Founders about solving the problems that they face in talent acquisition while working together to develop a candidate profile and strategy that works for their business. Business development will be central to this role as you leverage our brand to bring on new clients and build rock-solid relationships with your client base through the highest service delivery standards. Full training will be provided, and we also have a high-performing offshore team that will help with your admin and to resource for junior roles. We have a serviced office in Sydney CBD, but you'll have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere on Australia's East Coast with a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to participate in an employee share program, giving you more skin in the game without needing to 'buy-in'. To be successful, you must have strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in Agency recruitment as either a Sales recruiter or a Tech recruiter looking to transition to Tech Sales.
