Senior Recruitment Consultant - Renewables

NES Fircroft is a global workforce solutions provider to the energy, engineering, and infrastructure industries.
We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Perth, Australia.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients in the booming Renewables space!
This includes sourcing and engaging with candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients across an established & growing Renewables desk!
Strong workflow  Source and engage with candidates using a variety of sourcing methods Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs Ensure a smooth hiring process for clients and candidates Contribute to the growth and success of our business You'll be a great fit if you have; Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy, engineering, or infrastructure industries Proven track record of success in managing recruitment processes and building client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills What you'll get; We provide an above-market, competitive base salary!
