The Opportunity:
Techforce are seeking an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant to join the team working within the Project Controls space on an active desk with live roles, working with top tier clients.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in white-collar positions across the Projects space.
You will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions, as well as working on strategic business development and market mapping plans for new clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to handle multiple live roles at once (There are multiple live vacancies currently) Proven history of lead generation and achieving outcomes Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables Developed candidate management and interview skills Strong time management and critical thinking ability Positive and energetic approach to your working day Resilience and confidence, driven by success Benefits of working for Techforce:
