Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and/or industrial recruitment, with expertise in various recruitment tools and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into driving and industrial placementsExceed sales targets and weekly branch budgetsBuilding relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needsAccount managementEnsuring clients are well serviced and maintainedArranging meetings with new and existing clientsAttracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boardsSource, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checksMatching workers to vacanciesRotating on call duties required Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:Min 12 months experience working within Industrial / transport recruitment is essential.Experience of running a temp desk and high volume staffing.Successful business development skillsAccount management skillsProven record of success in B2BTarget drivenExcellent level of customer serviceMust be articulate and enthusiasticA self-starter with the desire to progress within their careerOwn transport is essential for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr
