Job Description: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by sourcing, attracting, and placing the best mid-senior level HR candidates across a variety of industries. You will work with a diverse range of clients and candidates, building strong relationships while providing expert advice throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and approach new clients to expand our recruitment portfolio. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular meetings and calls.Candidate Sourcing: Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting techniques.Matching Candidates to Roles: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the most suitable job opportunities.Client & Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial consultation through to offer and placement.
