In response to increasing client demand, we're expanding our Eight Mile Plains team and seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience working in Contract Recruitment to join our vibrant Industrial and Manufacturing Division.

Your Duties Will Include:
Promoting and marketing our general recruitment and executive search services for Industrial and Manufacturing markets, covering contract and temp to perm roles.Developing new business and securing client projects.Managing the complete recruitment cycle from role brief to candidate placement.Negotiating terms of business with clients.Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in high volume contract recruitment.Exceptional customer service and business relationship skills with a track record of securing repeat business.Demonstrated success in generating consistent revenue and business.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated.Why AustCorp?
