About the Job:

Our senior recruitment consultants are leaders within our business who work closely with our management team and peers to develop the business.
As a new employee in our business, you will be given access to key accounts and will be responsible for developing these accounts, along with targeting new ones.
You will also be rewarded for identifying and winning business in other verticals.
The opportunity to mentor less experienced staff is available as part of this role at PRA and can lead to a position in management.

Key Duties:

Working out of our Brisbane CBD office with a hybrid WFH model, you will continue to build on your experience in the Brisbane market, managing some of our accounts and building your own.

You will work on contract and permanent roles and can build significant revenue streams while placing permanent candidates.

You'll develop long-term relationships with clients and offer a professional and effective service to clients and candidates.

You'll guide clients and applicants through the recruitment process to a successful conclusion.

You'll work to maintain awareness of trends within your allocated area of technical specialisation.

Using our automated tools you will be building your presence on multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, blogs, and email campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years' experience working with stakeholders within the recruitment or sales industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

Knowledge of and ability to utilise our leading-edge automation tools for content and individual marketing opportunities.

Ability to map and track your work and strategies using our leading tech tools.

Great customer service focus, and you get a kick out of delivering great outcomes for the people you work with.

Working autonomously & within a team, doing everything in your power to ensure your colleagues' success as well as your own, recognising that the greater team's success will always benefit you personally.

Attention to detail and an enjoyment of being busy; managing multiple moving pieces at one time.
