The position is a 360° recruitment role requiring both business development and candidate delivery skills. You will join an existing team where you will be able to leverage a number of existing local and national PSA's as well as leveraging multiple informal relationships with companies that just trust what wew deliver.
In return for your hard work we pay over market rate base salaries, operate an excellent commisison plan designed to reward you fairly for what you do,and provide an array of extra incentives like weekends away, extra days leave, cash incentives, foreign trips, extensive training etc etc.
We are looking for a degree educated Recruitment Consultant with 3 years+ agency recruitment experience and the drive and passion needed to succeed. On top of this you will ideally have:
