As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the natural ability to build exceptional relationships with both your clients and candidates whilst delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process. We've learnt that growth and meeting financial targets through selling is not for everyone – so we don't operate like that! We expect that you'll work at proactively connecting, responding to and understanding the needs of your clients. You will connect businesses with the outstanding talent they are seeking, all the while providing steadfast workforce solutions and support. As a senior member of our team, you will also play an important role in providing mentoring and training when required. What you will bring to the role: Experience in a Recruitment Consultant focused role (Minimum 12 months)
