The Recruitment: We are looking for a Senior Consultant, ideally Northern Beaches located (but not necessary), who has a strong identity within a white collar niche (perm) market that thinks they could do better in a different support structure, and ultimately make more money!

If you have complimentary markets to our existing then great, but if you operate in a random niche but it fits that professionals services client base / sector – you'll be right at home.
Experience Required: 360 Recruitment Desk experience (ideally 5+ years). Proven BD skills (this is not a resourcer role) & a willingness to look long-term for client relationship building. We believe in not just focusing on the quick wins but providing value that makes us the go-to for our clients. Proven track record in a minimum of $300k in billings pa.
