Your opportunity
As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring leaders and managers, as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This role will be ideal for people who have:
Proven experience in recruitment and attraction strategies with working knowledge of construction, engineering and/or electrical a differentiator.
Delivered recruitment services within a line-of-business model and can source for roles at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people from all backgrounds.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
This role is offered on a 12 month – Full Time Contract.
