Records Management are responsible for supporting the agency to meet its legislative requirements for record keeping.As a Senior Records Management Officer, you'll support and coordinate the delivery of helpdesk functions, and provide specialist procedural, administrative and operational support for record management practices.DutiesCreate, maintain or oversee records creation by authorised staff in line with records management processes and security requirementsContribute to the management of help desk functions including strategic advice regarding file structures, personnel transfers, reporting and complex record management enquiresProvide specialist advice and technical expertise to staff and stakeholdersAnticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and expectationsThe successful candidate willThink critically and analytically to solve complex problemsCommunicate in a simple, helpful way, appropriate for the audienceDiscuss and negotiate issues with credibility, transparency and respectSupport and encourage innovation and continuous improvementWhat's on offerThe successful candidate will be offered an APS6 hourly rate contract.
