Senior Receptionist

We are seeking a experienced Receptionist to join our Beaudesert office, this role will commence from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
Opening and closing receptionMeeting and greeting agents, staff and visitors.Advising relevant staff of visitor arrivalsAnswering switchboard and attending to all incoming calls and enquiries.Taking messages and directing to the relevant staff in a timely manner.Advising customers of correct agent details and logging calls in our systemCompleting online grocery order and unpackingPreparing refreshments (tea/coffee/water) when required.Ordering of catering for events and meeting requests.Managing and maintaining reception, lunch rooms and general areas ensuring all conference rooms are clean and tidy.Assisting accounts when requiredCollecting and distributing mail to Australia Post, booking courier collections when requiredManagement of office supplies and uniformsGeneral administrative supportWe are looking for the candidate to have the following attributes:
